ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Q: Do I need to register for an account to purchase products from your online store?
A: Yes, you need to create an account to purchase from our online store. The account created allows you to access all online services in Pan Asia Books website with a single ID and password created by you.

Q: How do I register for an account in your online store?
A: You can register for an account via the "Sign Up" icon at the top right hand corner of our online store.

 

ORDER AND PAYMENT

Q: How do I know if a book is available?
A: Only books that are not available will be ribboned with “out of stocks”.

Q: How do I add items onto the shopping cart?
A: To add items into shopping cart, please click "Add to Cart". 

Q: Can I amend items in my shopping cart?
A: Yes, you can amend the items in your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at top right hand corner of our website. You can remove the items or change quantity. Click  "-" or "+"  and update your cart items if you would like to change the quantity.

Q: How do I place my order?
A: Once you are ready to place your order, click"Proceed to Checkout" in your cart. You will be brought to the checkout page. At the checkout page, you need to fill in your billing and shipping address. Review your order summary and click "Place Order" to proceed to payment (Note: Please ensure your order is accurate before placing an order as no changes are accepted once payment is made).

Q: What are your payment modes?What are your payment modes? 
A: Payment can be made by:

  • PayNow, to our Company’s UEN no: 200416265H (within 24 hours of order) 
  • VISA/MASTER during Check Out Process

Q: How do I make payment?
A: After clicking "Place Order" in the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway page for you to key in your credit card details. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that orders placed outside of Singapore will be transacted in SGD.

Q: How can I check or track my order?
A: You can track your order by logging in to "My Orders" page.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Q: What is the lead time for local delivery? 
A: Subject to stock availability, please allow up to 5 workings days for the delivery of your order.

Q: Will I be notified when my order is ready for delivery?
A: Yes, We will send you a delivery notification when the shipment has been scheduled.  

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Q: Do you deliver to international addresses?
A: Yes, we deliver to most international countries. Please refer to the page “Shipping
 
Q: What is your leadtime for the physical books delivery?
A: Delivery times differ from country to country. Kindly refer to the delivery mode that you have chosen.

Q: What are the delivery rates?
A: International delivery rates are different depending on the country zones, dimensions and weight of the parcel. You will be able to see the delivery fee before checkout. Please note that you are responsible for all other local taxes and custom duties applicable in your country.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGES

Q: What to do if product received is damaged?
A: We take great care to pack your items carefully. However, in the event that your order is damaged during delivery, kindly snapshot the defective product and email to: sales@panasiabooks.com. We will look into making a one-to-one exchange or if you prefer, a full refund to be credited on your account and you may make the purchase later on. There will be no cash refund. Please contact us @ sales@panasiabooks.com within 3 working days upon the receipt of your order.
